The author has personality, because while reading it I feel like she's my friend who talks to me with her soft and calm voice. She is showing some images and writing about how important it is to listen to your body. Her blog is well organized and professional but not too much information. She just gives some tips and advice but not sharing more experiences about life or struggles.
I think the author's purpose is to all people who are struggling with mental health. It doesn't matter if you are old or young, as long as you can relate to it. Try all the ways that will work for you and feel better.
